Extension Boca Gentil

Boca Gentil Villas & Apartments is a luxury resort located directly beside the Jan Thiel Bay area. All houses and apartments have stunning sea views. In addition, the resort is located geographically very well because the main beaches, shops, restaurants and a supermarket are at 5 minute walking distance.

On the pool deck of the original villa, an extra sleeping wing has been designed with a footprint of about 90m². The extension allows space for three bedrooms with private bathrooms and have a shared living room. The roof of the bedroom wing blends seamlessly with the original pool deck. Two pergolas equipped with canvas are placed on the roof deck, adding two lovely shaded locations to the main house.

Also a detached garage / office has been built. Between the two new buildings, a spacious palapa and outdoor kitchen have been built. Around and between the bedroom wing and the office a peaceful beach garden has been created for an optimal living atmosphere.
