Modern villa Brakkeput Ariba

Modern villa at Brakkeput Ariba, located right at the waterfront of Spanish Water with a beautiful view on the Table Mountain. The villa will be completed in early 2016, near the popular restaurant ‘Boathouse’.

The modern tropical villa is characterized by a clear contrast between the sleek lines combined with the peaceful atmosphere created by the usage of natural materials. The layout of the house is fully adapted to the stunning views to the rear of the house, with the main living areas having a clear view on the Spanish water and the Table Mountain. The spacious covered porch and the adjoining pool create a delightful informal atmosphere.

Obviously, in our design we have taken into consideration the stay of possible guests. Via a stair the lower floor can be reached where the guest apartment has been situated. The guest apartment has its own living room, kitchen, porch, bedroom and bathroom; ideal for guests who want some privacy. This space is also situated at the rear of the house, overlooking the beautiful backyard and the Spanish Water.
