This newly built tropical villa is situated right in the popular district of Vista Royal, Jan Thiel. The house is located near the main beaches and beach clubs / restaurants this district has to offer.

The main living areas of the villa are located on the first floor, in order to make optimum use of the sun, wind and privacy this lot has to offer. The views of the surroundings are also an important aspect of the lot. On the first floor you will find the various living areas such as the living room, kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms and of course the porch. The swimming pool and palapa are located next to the house.
