Villa Coral Estate

Situated amidst 400 hectares of unspoilt nature and in close proximity to the beautiful beaches ‘Daaibooi’, ‘Karakter’ and ‘Porto Mari’, this modern tropical villa will be built at the gated community named ‘Coral Estate’. The resort is situated along the Caribbean Sea and practically all lots have an 180 degree view.

This modern tropical villa is divided into two wings. As seen from the street, the right wing consists of a spacious living room and open kitchen. Looking outside, these two areas are connected to the large porch and swimming pool with infinity edge. Besides the pool a wooden pooldeck has been created, so sunbathing is also a possibility.

The left wing consists of the bedrooms. On the ground floor two bedrooms have been located, each with their own private bathroom. The wing with the bedrooms is placed in a 10 degree angle compared to the living areas, so the terraces connecting to the bedrooms have a slightly different view as the residential wing. From this position, Willemstad is clearly visible.
